Shipping Information
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Times
Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
International:
- Shipping times vary by destination (typically 10-21 business days)
- Customs processing may add additional time
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions - sign up for our newsletter to stay informed!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Silque products! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and address
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color or product, please contact us. We'll help arrange the exchange and provide instructions. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package all items before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number
We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- File a claim with the carrier if necessary
We're happy to assist with carrier claims and will work with you to resolve the issue.
